Cancellation Policy
Cancellation with less than 4 business day notice will result to a charge of $200.00. With such cancellation, it is very difficult to find replacement-patients at the last minute to take your spot (due to procedure preparation).
Fee is payable at the time of scheduling the appointment or on the day of the procedure.
